Surfers’ Strength and Skills

Do you want to paddle faster and longer?  Do you want to pop up quicker and with better balance?  Do you want to build core strength and endurance critical to performing out on the waves?  If so, Surfers’ Strength and Skills is for you!!

CrossFit Ocean Beach is offering this one-of-a-kind class every 2nd and 4th Saturday that uses CrossFit’s unique methodology based on functional movements to improve core strength, stamina, mobility, and balance that you can take from the gym out to the waves! 

The class is one hour long and consists of warm-up, stretching, instruction, metabolic conditioning workout, mobility, and skill work. 

We’ve got a great collection of movements, weights, and ideas that we’ll be mixing up every 2nd and 4th Saturday of the month from 11:30 am - 12:30 pm here at CFOB.  Get ready for a crazy mix of kettlebell snatches, slackline, endo-board, burpees, box jumps, pull ups, ring rows, medicine balls, wind sprints, and more!!
